missing channel help

Hello helpers,
I am really new to this ccam thing, but I have managed to set everything up myself, will probably have to fine tune things a bit, later, but, I have a couple of issues I need help with.
My system is.......
90cm double focus dish,
Invacom TWF-031 Twin, C-120 F LNB,
Technomate TM Twin OE receiver

My sat dish is pointing at 28.2 East and receiving loud and clear sky uk channels, my signal is pretty good, 1st bar is bouncing a little 66 to 75% and the second bar is 88%, and it says its locked, this is the problem, when I flick through the lists, I am missing a few...

All the BBC channels, ITV 1, Channel 4, MGM. I do have ITV 2, 3 and 4.

So....
Can someone tell me why........... I am not getting these channels.
How I can get them

Any help will be most appreciated

on the tm, i have loads of them what settings are you using? if you go to plugins you can download a setting already for it. guess on vix?

whats happened is you scanned 28.2 but not network as some are on 19.2 as well

I am a new bee to all this, setting my own system up, so can you elaborate a little more, by explaining what you require to know.

As yet I am not sure what system I am running, would it may be Openli 4D, but what do you mean by settings, run me through what you want.

why am I getting ITV 2,3,4 off the channel search??

ok do this

download vix image as its good on that box
reflash the box
when you done, do the normal set up as in hdmi ect BUT dont do scan

then once done contact me via pm, i can help with a line as well

can you run me through the process of the above, do I need to clear OpenPli off the box ??

but keep it simple, till I get the hang of it.
