F5 to Vu Duo

Hi All ,First ever question on forum so total newby!! I Have an F5 and im wanting to upgrade to a Vu duo. Can i use the channel update (TV_Prog.dbs) , to update the channel list on my Vu box the same as i would on the F5 ? Any info would be great ! Thanks...

u use a setting list already as a plugin and auto boug maker
