extract the file on usb stick ***make sure you do not do "save AS" ONLY "SAVE" as this would change the file formart to something windows recongises. and you will get file mis match error
1. menu
2. tools
3. upgrade by usb
4. and select the file and upgade
5. will give you a yes or no option pres yess
