Merlin3:
- added new possibility to show "FTA" for free to air channels. Must be activated in the skin by adding showFTA
- update translations for German and French
- Encryption / decryption / FTA / camd name / SNR can now be handled via settings
- add new menu Skin Settings to menu.xml
- add new config screen Skin Settings
- move cam related settings to DreamCC (open screen with menu key)
- DreamCC: add new option "show simple decode" to show EMU, CRD, NET only
