CAN ANYONE HELP

I have my tv set to 1080 hd on the mag but when i watch sport at fast pace it goes fuxxy how to i sort this ?
 
There is NO way to fix this even with 100Mbps internet speeds, IPTV will always do this on fast moving scenes. The data sent cant be downloaded to STB fast enough yet
