Bricked F5S

Hi, I've never had problems with this F5S until yesterday. I bricked the box, purely by updating the channel list via the network, not USB. Why would this happen?

According to several reports just updating ch list can easy brick the box get a rs232 cable and flash it to latest firmware you will get box working again.
